"I grew up in a family owned business and
have been around construction ever since I can remember.
Graduating with a Business Management degree from the Chapman
University in 1981, I joined a family owned company as its
business manager.
My career goal was to become a home
builder/remodeler. In 1989, I left Pitzulo Brothers to go out on
my own. In 1990, I founded Sam Pitzulo Homes. Although many
people still associate me with my brothers siding company, I can
assure you that only I own and operate Sam Pitzulo Homes.
Over the past nineteen years, I've
assembled a talented staff of dedicated employees, each skilled
and trained in their individual job duties. We specialize in
custom home design and building. We build 8-10 homes a year and
are also a full-service home remodeler." -
